accident tire size
I had a blow out on my lifted truck, So I had it towed to the tire shop where I always purchase my tires(Well Known accross the country) and they put a tire on the front left side that is 65 r 18 reg looking tire on the right side is my tire 70 r 18 beefey m & S tire, right after picking up the truck from the tire shop my son had an accident, he said that the truck did not handle the same. now he will have a accident on his record and I do not feel it was his fault.

Sorry about the accident, but would have to know more details before answering (I assume you question whether the tire shop is liable).
