Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

i was in an accident while working. I do sales calls and was going to see a client when i had the car accident. My car was totaled does my employer have any liability?

If you are an actual employee of the company, you are entitled to Worker's Compensation benefits for the accident. This is along side the liability of the other driver, whom you can also claim against and/or sue for damages, though WC may have their hand out for reimbursement at the end when you collect. But you can pursue both.
