If you are an actual employee of the company, you are entitled to Worker's Compensation benefits for the accident. This is along side the liability of the other driver, whom you can also claim against and/or sue for damages, though WC may have their hand out for reimbursement at the end when you collect. But you can pursue both.
The ideal situation for you would be to get temporary disability benefits and medical expenses paid by your employer and you file a third party claim against your uninsured motorist carrier and recover pain and suffering and damages to your vehicle.
