One dollar. Actually, there is no minimum. If there is ANY compensation, it could even be a penny. You're asking the wrong question. The question is, what are your damages? It depends on what your injuries are. You can recover your medical expenses paid or not, lost wages, property damage and pain and suffering. We normally use the medical expenses as a guide in determining the amount for pain and suffering but the length and severity of the injury is the most important factor.
