Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

assaulted by nation wide store security
i was assaulted by a popular stores' security, last january. 2 guys and two girls. while the doors were closed and two employees keeping guard. they thought i was stealing, after i pleaded my case, which proves i wasn't. but yet i was still jumped. when i was being assaulted i was able to retaliate back to one of the girls by biting her on her wrist. no damage to her just a startled for he to let me go. i went to jail for battery for almost a week. i'm done with my physical therapy. now what do i expect and how much.oh yeah,how long do i have to wait?
