Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

I'm looking for an attorney who can handle a "contingency" lawsuit Federal and State for someone who is in Prison. I'm in San Diego and am looking asap. This is a strong lawsuit regarding negligence on the health and medical system. Plenty of records and doctor MRI filing already in hand.
