Legal Question in Personal Injury in California
I am looking for an attorney who specializes in tort law and emotional distress. Under penalty of perjury my ex husband lied to the courts with severe false claims that I was stalking him, that I reported him to CPS for sexual abuse of our daughter and interference of custody. HE lied about all of it and I spent 10 months in the court proving my innocence, which I did, but I lost custody and never gained back my original custody. I lost more than 60k in legal fees to prove my innocence. It was a malicious act on his part.

It appears that no one has as to your request responded for at least a week. You need to prepare a brief e-mail explaining the situation, whether your husband has any assets, what he value of your losses are, why you did not regain the custody rights you had before, what the case number is, which county the matter was heard in, etc. Ask if the attorney would be interested in more information and/or handling the case. Have a more detailed e-mail ready to send out to those wanting it.
