Attorney withholding settlement $$
Attorney is withholding settlement money and putting into a ''trust'' such that I have a credit to cover anticipated future costs which will be incurred in the fianl prosecution of my matter. Can he do this?

Sounds to me like it would depend on what your retainer agreement says.

You need to review your fee agreement and see what it says. There are times when this is appropriate.
