Personal Injury Case Value

Numerous factors come into play in determining case value. The facts you provide do not allow a truly definitive basis for evaluation, but some guidance can be provided. The driver and the employer are potentially liable. The value of the case is dependent upon the nature and extent of the medical care and its impact on you physically and your ability to work. Assuming significant impact to your vehicle, the low range of value to your case would be $50,000 to $100,000. The case could be worth much more. You should consult an attorney immediately. You must take action within one year to protect your rights. THIS INFORMATION IS BASED ON GENERAL PRINCIPLES OF LAW AND IS PROVIDED AS A COURTESY ONLY. THIS IS NOT INTENDED TO, AND DOES NOT CREATE AN ATTORNEY-CLIENT OR OTHER ONGOING RELATIONSHIP. YOU SHOULD SEEK THE ADVICE OF AN EXPERIENCED ATTORNEY AS SOON AS YOU HAVE ANY LEGAL QUESTION. DELAY, FAILURE TO ACT, OR IMPROPER ACTS CAN RESULT IN A COMPLETE LOSS OF LEGAL RIGHTS.
