In order to receive compensation you must first prove your damages. For example, an estimate from a body shop, or medical bills from a hospital. If there were physical injuries involved, I highly recommend hiring a lawyer as it takes considerable training to properly evaluate your case value. If youu to discuss this further, do not hesitate to contact me.

A city accepted liability for your auto accident? This never happens. Make sure you file a claim with the city within 6 months even if they say they are accepting liability.
