Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

auto accident lawsuit

I was in a car accident and the chp report found me at fault for driving to fast for the road conditions. I was going 10 miles under the speed limit and had no idea there was ice on the road. My truck had a gauge on the rear view mirror which would tell me when it was icy, but when I got in the accident it didnt say it was icy. I am wondering if I have a suit against the auto maker for giving me a false sense of security .

Re: auto accident lawsuit

You could potentially consider a lawsuit, but these product defect cases are very expensive. Unless therew were substantial injuries, they are usually not worth pursuing due to the cost of hiring experts.
