Auto Accident Liability

My son is 18 and moved out of the house under unpleasant circumstances. He has since taken his badly damaged car (broken rear window) and is driving it around with no insurance. The car is under his name. Do we as parents have any liability if he is involved in an accident?

No. He is a legal adult at 18.

No!

Once he is 18, he is responsible for his own decisions, as poor as they may be.
