Bicycle Crash but no collision
I was in the right turning lane and a large van was in the left turning lane. A bicyclist jetted through the crosswalk in front of both of us. I was able to brake and not hit. But after the bicyclist reached the sidewalk, he crashed his bike. The cyclist blames me for his crash. Am I liable at all? He was not at the intersection when the van and I started to turn. He refused help and had minimal injuries. But now he has magnified his injuries.

Your description of events raises more questions than it answers.
For instance:
Was this intersection controlled by a traffic light?
If so, who had the green light?
If not, who was in the intersection first?
Is there a police report on the accident?
If so, does the report state a cause of the accident?
Did the bicyclist also threaten to sue the driver of the van? Why not?
Are you insured? If so, report the claim to your insurance company right away. The company has a duty to defend you, including providing you with a lawyer, but you have a duty to report the fact that someone is threatening to sue you. Don't delay.
