Legal Question in Personal Injury in California
I bit into a pimento olive I purchased from Costco and it broke my tooth because it had a pit in it. Besides getting the Tasso Olive insurance company to pay for my too repair, am i not entitled to something for pain and suffering?

There is a California case that holds if the item is naturally occurring, like chicken bones in a chicken sandwich, then there is no lawsuit.

Yes. Naturally occurring items can be immune from litigation. For example, a chiped tooth on steak.
