Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

A blogger is using our minor child's photo without our authorization. What legal rights do we have to force them to remove the photos and references to our child?

Assuming your child is not newsworthy or famous, you could write to the offending website and demand that it be taken down. Or you could have me write to them.
