Blood Banks

Any attorneys with experience in tort cases with Red Cross as the defendant--particularly regarding value of case involving nerve damage caused by negligent needle insertion during blood donation.

There is nothing special about this kind of a case. Any lawyer can do this. A lot depends on what the injury was. If they made you say "ouch" then you need to file in small claims court without a lawyer. If you lost your arm you might need a lawyer for that.
