Legal Question in Personal Injury in California
I bought a salad @ Wendys. When I got home,and was half way through the salad there was a bug (rather large)moving about in the salad. I called Wendys and to date the manager has not called me back. What do I do in a situation like this?

They will say that you put the bug in there to make money off a lawsuit. How can you prove that it was in there when you got it from the server?

Take the bug and the salad back to the store and demand a refund. That's all you would be entitled to.
