Yes you can sue the property owners for negligence in having inadequate security if they had reason to know there could be a problem and you could also sue hem if they failed to summon the police in a timely manner. That would mean they had reason to suspect that a shooting was about to happen. The main issue here is what kind of notice did landowner/operator of bowling alley have that this type of incidence might occur. The more they had reason to suspect something could happen the greater your chance of holding them accountable for their negligence.
