Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

Hello, I have a boyfriend and we fear his three year old nephew may have and may be is still being touched inappropriately. One day we were at my boyfriends grandparents house and my boyfriend was lying on his stomach and his nephew comes up and says "butt check" and tries to stick a glow stick down my boyfriends pants my boyfriend gets up and says NOO! where did you get that from? and his nephew ran off. Not to much later his nephew comes back and my boyfriend is now laying on his back and his nephew says "pepe check" and my boyfriend then again gets up and says no! and his nephew runs off and hid. The next day we were laying down watching a movie my boyfriend was on the floor lying on his stomach and his nephew comes up and tries to hump him on the butt. These are a few of the concerning things. He uses fowl language and often like wets himself when he knows how to use the potty. My boyfriend and I fear that he is being touched inappropriately and i need your help and advice. What do you think? I couldnt find the law to put it under

I agree that these incidents are quite disturbing. If you were to call the county's child protective services, it would likely remove the child from his home and place him either in foster care or with your boyfriend temporarily while an investigation is conducted.

Good luck, and thanks for looking out for the child.
