Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

My brother is an inmate at PVSP in coalinga, ca. He was notified on 5-24-2009 that he has valley fever/coccidioidomycosis. One of his lungs is gone the other is infected. There is alot of other inmates that have been infected. My brother wishes to sue for damages due to his injuries. What kind of attorney should I look for?

You will have to prove that the prison medical staff or guard staff some how violated the normal standard of care in caring for the prisoners. You will not win just because some of them got infected. You will be looking at a lot of money to hire experts to prove the standard of care. Most attorneys will not want to get involved because of the costs involved.
