Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

my brother signed for a car but i was the one actually paying for it the thing is that the truck got inpounded and my brother past the way. i had informed the dealership about my brother they said ok you could keep paying for it theres no problem but they wont evev let me take my property out of the truck what could i do?

The storage company does not care who pays to get the vehicle released but you have to have some proof of owenrship to be able to drive it away. It looks like by the time you could obtain that, the vehicle will be auctioned off to pay the storage fees. Stop making payments and count your prior payments as a loss.
