Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

Bumped pedestrian with my car

I bumped a pedestrian with my car in the garage of my

condo complex when I was trying to go around her

vehicle to exit. She jumped out as I was alongside her, I

stopped to not hit her, but my clutch popped and I

bumped her. We have had longstanding feud and she

was purposely trying to prevent me from being able to

leave the garage. (She saw I was behind her, took

pains to block me, then stopped in the middle of the

2-way driveway so I couldn't pass. When I tried to pass

her on the side, she jumped out to prevent me.)

She yelled she was going to sue. I ran to get the

hoa president so he could see her irrational behavior

(she also started yelling other really crazy, unreleated

accusations.) the hoa prez saw her walking around,

obviously not hurt, and urged me to walk away from her

because she was out of control. I did. I immediately

alerted my insurance and they will investigate. I'm also

going to file a ''self-protection memo'' with my local pd

at their direction. My concern is she will injure herself

further and I caused it. Is there anything else I

should do to protect myself? What kind of damages can

she claim?
