Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

I have a California Attorney that is almost impossible to reach for answers after our mediation and singed the settlement. My questions are can someone explain this to me what all this means since I haven't been paid yet and I signed on 3/26/2015 after the Mediation Conference at the Mediators Office the settlement Full Receipt and Release also signed my attorneys invoice for his fee. It also says in the Full Receipt and Release that All settlement payments shall be made within thirty (30) days from full execution of this Agreement by all parties and their representatives. Please help me if you can. THANK YOU
