Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

I was in a car accident and had bad case of whiplash... went to a chiropractor for 7 months.. my neck was out of line.. i have pain for certain activities in my life with stiffen painful neck.. insurance wants to settle for 3000.00 dollars.. the car damage supposedly was 1000.00... is this a fair settlement?

I am sure you incurred more than $3,000 in costs/lost time at work, etc., attending 7 months of chiro visits. However, what are the circumstances of the accident? What is your future prognosis? Have a personal injury attorney review your accident, injuries and treatment. You may not need an attorney but you should consult one to make that determination.
