I was in a car that was accidently driven off a clif. (130ft) down. Even tho. i didnt have horrible injuries i had a bruised kidney and concusion. the insurance company wants to pay my medical bills and give me 1500.00 dollars do you think that is enough money for what i went through?

If the car going off the cliff was not your fault, the amount offered is not proper compensation for the two injuries you describe, let alone any other damages you may have sustained, such as wage loss, future earnings impairment, the risks associated with your injuries in the future and further injuries which may not manifest themselves for weeks or months.

I advise you to seek legal counsel. Don't even call the claims representative to reject that offer; just ignore it.
