Is car insuarance libal for car repairs

I was in an auto accident,(no one else was involved) but my car was totaled. The officer charged me with a DUI, which I am going to fight My question is this, will my auto insuarance be responsible for the car damages if I am charged with a DUI?

They may try to avoid liability and certainly will if you are convicted and your DUI caused the damages to the vehicle.

I can't answer fully, because your question is ambiguous. What did you hit? A tree, etc.? Or did you just roll your car?

Are the car damages you are referring to damages to your vehlcle only? Your company will pay, and probably raise your rates substantially, or cancel you as soon as they are able.
