Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

While I was under the care of a psychiatrist and inundated with mind altering prescribed medication, it is believed that my then husband had me sexually involved with either a friend of his or friends. I have since read that it is rape when an individual makes a sexual encounter with someone knowingly on sedatives or like medication. It is also believed that my then husband utilized subversive and criminal means to corrupt my life and lifestyle in other ways as well. It is also believed that he utilized our children to do so. It was once said by members of the attorney general's office that the aforementioned is illegal. What measures need to be taken to place a charge on said person and would the physicians involved be held responsible as well.
