Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

Cellphones with cameras

My 13 year old is being videotaped by another 13/14 year old in the girls locker room at their school. One video that the school has my daughter is dressed, but shoved another girl. My problem with this is how many video's exist and what does it show(such as being dressed or undressed), or where are they viewed?

An attorney cannot gather this information for you. This is an issue that you have to explore yourself, perhaps through the school's administration. Legally however, this could present a right to privacy issue. If you would like to discuss this further, please contact me at 1.877.505.INJURY.

If I understand your inquiry correctly, you are not concerned with your daughter's bullying another girl, only with whether your daughter's right to do the bullying in private has been infringed?

Here's my advice: you are going to make things much worse for your daughter with this path you are exploring. You will only convince authorities that the only way to protect the other students is with hard core prosecution instead of counseling. But you'll pursue your own path, I am sure. And there are attorneys who will gladly take your case.
