Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

my child went on a little school fieldtrip about 20 minutes away from her school she is in a wheelchair somehow her and the aid pushing her fell onto the street and rode off the cruve my daughter has a scrapes and cuts on the left top eyebrow a swollen left upper cheek had lightly purple bruising her left knee cap also had cuts and scrapes . my daughter has Epilepsy ..

Do you want to sue? There lot of immunity and it would be unlikely you would recover much. It was an accident and it was not like it was intentional or severe injuries.
