Civil Case

In my cause of action form, how many words should I use explaining it (on the form itself), and how and where can I fill in all the rest of the details? Such as in a general negligence case and a intentional tort case?

Usually, people plead enough facts to apprise the defendant of when the incident happened, what is being claimed, and the relief being sought. I've never counted the words, but it can be done in about six lines or so, depending on whether the events that occurred were complicated.
