Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

If my civil injury case has been vacated due to a health matter and I haven't heard from anyone on resceduling my settlement confetence what should I do? I was told by the defense attorney that he would handle it...... He hasn't returned any of my calls. Original conference date was jan 18 2013. San Diego.

I take it you are representing yourself. If a mediator had been chosen, or if this was before a sitting Superior Court Judge, you could contact the mediator or the Judge's Clerk and ask about resetting. It that does not work, you should just make sure trial is set and push towards trial.
