Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

Claim Wroth

I'm trying to figure out the worth of my claim in a motorbike accident which involved:

Total loss of motorbike: $ 4950

Property Damage: $700

ER Bills: $13500

Follow up medical bills: $2500

Physical Therapy: $1000

I suffered a type 2 shoulder AC seperation and cuff contusion. How can I figure out a ballpark for this?

With my cases, I oftern look up jury verdicts on other cases with comparable injuries. You need access to specialized databases for that sort of research. Just off the top of my head, I would say your case is in the $100K neighbourhood. If you'd like to talk more, please visit my website www.stone-molloy.com or e-mail me at [email protected]

Re: Claim Wroth

How can you figure out a ballpark? Find a competent personal injury attorney. This is an injury that could affect you forever. You need an attorney to evaluate your case. Don't try to save a few bucks by doing it yourself. (Besides, without more information, no one can accurately give you a value of the case.)
