how are claims rendered in regards to a car accident ? I mean, how much does the not at fault injured party can receive, from the other party's insurance company?

That depends on how much you were injured and how much insurance the other party has. It also depends, in part, on whether you were driving without insurance (if you were, you can't recover for pain and suffering). Then there's the question of how many other people were injured and how badly they were hurt.

There's no way to give you even a very rough estimate without this information.
