Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

I went to a club saturday night and a security guard went up to my fiance and knocked his hat off his head. He told my boyfriend that this was the second time he asked him to remove his has hat which was true. I than tried to pick up the hat but they would not let me 3 guards surrounded us. My boyfriend got upset and asked him why did he knock off his hat? the guard got upset and then started to shove him and poke him in the chest.. I told the guards to stop and they would not listen. One of the guards showed me his stick. He wanted to let me know he was going to hit me with it because I was yelling. After, I spilled my drink on the guard, and they dragged me across the floor, ripped my shirt and exposed me, I was physically attacked and they threw me on the floor of an alley. I am now bruised and soar all over my body. I wanted to know if I had any type of case?

Cases such as yours are usually very fact intensive. For instance, I bet dollars to doughnuts that the security guard will claim that you threw your drink on him. With that being said, I do think you may have a decent case, especially since you said that they exposed you among everything else. Please call my office at 1.877.505.INJURY for a free consultation.

You have no case, in fact, your case stinks. The bar bouncers will all get together to confirm that you and your boyfriend were rowdy, boisterous and you would not listen to them, so they had to take action. Only if you have some very good witnesses, but most attorneys would not take a case like this, except for a lot of up front money.
