Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

Contingency attorney needed!

How do I find a contingency attorney to represent me in a case of catastrophic loss of personal property and extreme emotional distress.? I have been advised to hire an attorney who practices in the same county where the crime took place and I have been advised to hire an out of county attorney for different reasons respectively. What is the best advice?

Your question is too non-specific. You state a crime has taken place. It is very unlikely you will get an attorney to represent you in a suit stemming from the commission of a crime, since the likelihoss of actually getting paid is so low.

In the same county or not does not seem to me to be a matter that makes any difference.

I second Mr. Roth. You have not given enough facts, and your question is too confusing.

I can't give you an answer. Please resubmit.
