Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

the county dentist took my wisdom tooth out they broke the crown i had next to my wisdom tooth in the process of takin the wisdom tooth out the county dentist is telling me that they are not responsible for fixing the crown they broke that i am i have to go to my own dentist to fix it is it not their responsibility to fix what they broke?

My answer would be yes unless they advised you before hand that it was likely that taking out the wisdom tooth would result in breaking the crown and they had you sign a document indicating that.
