Legal Question in Personal Injury in California
Daughter fell and broke fingers on school property can I sue?

You can always sue; the question is will you win and what will you win. Did the school personnel do something wrong or negligent that caused or contributed to the injury? Was the fall caused by a dangerous condition on the school property that the school knew or should have known about and didn't fix? And if so, what economic losses have you or your daughter suffered? Pain and suffering is pretty much guaranteed to be capped at 2-3 times your actual out of pocket economic loss. Will that add up to enough to spend two years in litigation to recover? If the answer to all that is "yes," THEN and only then do you have a case you might win and would be worth winning.
That will depend on what caused her to fall.
