This was yesterday today we took her to the doctor and turns out she has a broken elbow...Today I called to find out what they would have needed to do and I guess they had to fill out an incident report and they didn't tell me anything
about an incident report so manager was going to make one and was going to have the district manager call me....So can I sue
1 Answer from Attorneys
That story about the little boy breaking your daughter's arm sounds fishy to me. There's no doubt in my mind that your daughter suffered a serious injury, so you have a case that's worth investigating, that much is certain. Whether or not you can sue the gym depends on what really happened. Many times, my clients hire me just so they can find out the truth. I can tell you, do not count on the gym coming forward with any incriminating evidence voluntarily. It takes the threat of legal action, which means hiring an attorney. Fortunately, it doesn't cost anything to hire an attorney in a case like this. All you have to do is call (877) LION FOR LAW (546-6367). The consultation is no free, no obligation.
