Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

My daughter recently had a nasty break-up with her ex-boyfriend. The boyfriend is now texting her threatening legal action if she doesn't return the gifts he had given her. Does he have a legal case against her??

Generally a gift that was delivered and accepted is not revocable. In short, you get to keep the gift if it was given to you and you clearly accepted it.
