If you don't want to lose the case, you should file a written response to the demurrer at least 9 court days before the hearing. In it, you should cite to the complaint to show that you have stated enough facts to legally support each element of each legal cause of action and cite appropriate case and statutory law. Of course, it might be helpful to formally seek the assistance of an attorney. Just a thought!
