Deposition Subpoena, Civil

When serving a third party with a deposition subpoena, am I required to send the court the subpoena notice? If so, how to I provide it to the court?

The subpeona must be issued by an officer of the court. If you are represented, then your attorney may issue it. Contact me directly.
