Should I disclose my bodily injury limits to the other party's attorney for an accident that was found to be my daughter's fault?

I dont know enough about the case to answer your question defintively but I can tell you if the case gets into litigation then you will be forced to through the discovery process.So it is pretty much tell them now or tell them later if the case gets that far.
