Disputing a "bodily injury" case

Recently, I was in a car accident where a car hit me. I was crossing some lanes to get into the left turning lane. I stopped to let this car pass me but he instead hits me. He had plenty of time to avoid me by moving just inches to the left. I find out from my insurance company that the police reported that I'm at fault. Also, the other party is claiming bodily injury. Is there any way to contest not only that it's not my fault, but that he doesn't have any bodily injury?

Yes, there are many ways. Your insurance company will hire you a lawyer at the proper time and he will take care of that.
