Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

If my doctor didn't treat me for 7months and refused to test me for a new check up and then gave me an under the table expired medication for what he should have originally given me...how much should I sue him for? I suffered from sever acne on the face and abnormal bleeding and discharge of the vaginal area as well as loss of weight/ anemia/ thyroid imbalance. The findings were a fungal infection as well as Trichomonas. There was a delay in my calendar that I was suppose to be doing but I had to put it off another year due ton the health conditions. I transferred to a different doctor within the same group and this doctor refused to see or even treat me. I strongly believe they're in relations with each other of my findings and wanted to refuse service of bringing down the other. How much should I sue for the malpractice and refusal of treatment and service on the behalf of both doctors totaling?

This sounds complicated, and it sounds like there may be a malpractice claim there, but there is more information needed. As for what to ask for, your attorney should be able to advise you as to that. You should be contacting an attorney. There are statute of limitation issues that you need to watch out for, and that is why an attorney should be retained. As to the value of your case, more information is needed. What was the diagnosis, and what is your current prognosis. What treatment is needed because of what was done, or not done. What residuals do you have, and are they permanent.
