Legal Question in Personal Injury in California
Another driver hit my dads car and broke the side mirror and drove onto the sidewalk damaging his own car further. A cop came but reported that it was my dads fault because the other person had a witnes. Could we fight this I just want to know because this is completely unfair it was my dads taxi so he has been unable to work for a week and now we have to pay for the damagesit is outrageous.

Unless the witness had some reason to lie, maybe your dad WAS at fault.
