Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

If I was driving some else's vehicle and I damaged it, and offered to turn it into my insurance but the people who owns the vehicle doesn't want to do that but is demanding other services "computer repair" am I legally obligate to do anything? Even tho I tried to turn it into my insurance?

You should just advise your insurance company and report the accident to them.
