Legal Question in Personal Injury in California
I was driving my motorcyle and a car ran me off the road. The driver admitted fault. My motorcyle is unfixable ( valued about 1000.000). I went to the hospital and was checked out for injurys. They found nothing wrong but just alot bruises. Do I have a case against the driver?

Yes. Though the value may be relatively minor.
I agree that you have a claim but the value is based upon how badly you were injured. Limited injuries would mean limited vaue plus property damage repair costs and any lost earinings. I hope this helps. Bob
