Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

Drove out of driveway and hit a parked car, I have no insurence, no license

I have no license and no insurence. I accidently drove my godmothers car out of her driveway and hit a parked car. The car was damaged in the front. The front was just dented in. I know I was wrong, but the lady who owned the park car wants the money now. I dont have the money now to give her. I am scared, I know if I call the police myself I will get in trouble, but my question is, Would it be better for me to call them or to let the lady run all over me and treating me? What should I do?

I do not know what you mean by "let the lady run all over me and treating me." You are responsible for the damage you did, nothing more and nothing less. Have her get three estimates for the repair of the damage then pay to fix her car but get a release from her when you do.

Dont call the police. the best way to handle it is to make arrangements to pay her off monthly. if she doesnt accept that, let her make the next move.
