Strange question. Gag orders are issued by judges concerned with some type of publicity that might prevent a fair trial. You would have to give more facts to even give you a sensible answer, other than you can't get a gag order, unless you are threatened with lack of a fair trial, and even then, it would be up to a judge.

This is called a Temporary Restraining Order, Preliminary Injunction and a Permanent Injunction. The law is pretty technical here and you will have to hire an attorney. We have an attorney that does a lot of this kind of work. If you want to call, he can discuss the situation with you and give you and idea if its worth proceeding, what to expect and what you should anticipate spending.
