Legal Question in Personal Injury in California

emotional damages

my husband just got out of prison he was in on probation violation after he was suppose to come home i finally found out that they had put a no contact with me on his parole I had visisted him through out his time and i was not aware until he did not show up i have had a lot of things happen while he was locked up lost car,house mother and dog. since he has not come home i have gone to the emergency room twice wanting to kill myself and can't work

Call the parole officer and find out why they do not want you to be in contact with him. There must be a good reason. And they are probably trying to help him stay out of jail because somehow you are a bad influence. Find out how long you stay away, can you talk by telephone, e-mail, write? You obviously need mental health treatment.

If your question is whether you can sue anyone, probably not. Seems the authorities did what they did to help him and he has gone along with it because he has made no attempt to contact you. sorry for your plight but you need to take care of yourself and solve what is wrong with you.

I don't see a case since the authorities had no obligation to notify you and since the terms of probation were public record. Sorry.
