Employee seeks resitution

Employee drove own vehicle to work site & damaged backlight backing up trailer (not owned by employer), was never asked to do so, witness states told her not to back it up or she would damage her truck since she left the rear door open. Employee seeks resitution from employer for damage to her vehicle.
